Orders will be shipped out within one week. If the merchandise is in stock we will ship it the day the order is received.
Our products are unique, handmade collectibles. Slight imperfections of size and stone color are a part of our designs. Expect some variations. We stand behind our jewelry. All jewelry is guaranteed against defective workmanship. Any jewelry damaged or broken may be returned for complimentary repair. We will return the jewelry at our expense. If the jewelry is damaged in transit, please contact the shipping company. All returns must be prepaid, insured and shipped via a major carrier, Shipping and packaging fees will not be refunded.
Any unauthorized return will be refused. Please contact us for a return authorization number before you ship any package to us.
UPS Ground service preferred method of shipping. Shipping charges will be provided at checkout.
Retail Return Policy:
If for any reason you do not like the jewelry and would like to return it to us you must do so within 5 days upon receipt. You must contact us for a return authorization number and you must return it via a major carrier with insurance and the jewelry must be packed in the same manner which it was shipped to you.
