Minimum Order Requirements: Initial order is $250.00. Reorders in the same season $100.00.
Orders will be shipped within 2-6 weeks from time order is placed.
Payment Terms: We accept Visa, Master Card & American Express. When ordering from our website we use Paypal Pro to process our orders. Any controversy, claim or dispute between the parties arising out of or related to this agreement, or the breach, termination or in validity hereof, which cannot be settled amicably by the parties shall be submitted by Arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the American Arbitration Association Arbitration Rules. All arbitration hearings shall be held in Atlanta, GA.
Wholesale Return Policy:
Due to the fact that each piece of jewelry is hand made to order, please understand that all sales are final and no returns will be allowed.
All jewelry is guaranteed against defective workmanship. Any jewelry damaged or broken may be returned for complimentary repair. We will return the jewelry at our expense. If the jewelry is damaged in transit, please contact the shipping company. All returns must be prepaid, insured and shipped via a major carrier; shipping and packaging fees will not be refunded.
Any unauthorized return will be refused. Please contact us for a return authorization number before you ship any package to us.
UPS Ground service preferred method of shipping. Shipping charges will be provided at checkout.
